This page is dedicated to offering you a link to our incredible God Stories and teachings by David and Brenda Sheets

David has a lifetime to research, ask questions, compare religions, and exposure to the life of hard knocks.

Formerly in the Air Force David after 10 years of active duty and 16 years in the reserves, he retired as a Chief Master Sargent overseeing the medical facilities in the 5 Western regional Military hospitals.

While in the reserves he opened a small hardware store, later expanding to become an “ACE” hardware, where he and his business partner have remained open for 26 years.

Dedicated to learning more about the bible, David and his father Wade would (later in life) spend weeks or months studying (via phone and email) just one small question, such as “Why did Jesus have to die”. Why study that we all know so that we could have salvation! Right, well yes and no, you will have to go to that audio to find out more…

Brenda is a “disabled” counselor, who spent more than 25 years walking and talking with the Lord, asking similar questions, before ever meeting David and Brenda were already doing exactly what God wanted, learning.

Prior to being a counselor, Brenda was a middle school teacher for 7 years. Now that will train anyone to pray! LOL

She loved teaching but wanted to move forward, she attained a Master’s Degree and afterward began counseling mostly children and families. Within another 7 years, she would find herself asking some pretty hard but basic questions, Why Lord? You see she was on her way to a Ph.D. when in the blink of an eye a “minor” car accident left her disabled. This once hyperactive type A personality was faced with a blow harder than any she had encountered.

Why Lord? Why me? Look for her upcoming writing and teachings, based on, raising children, learning to trust, and giving it ALL to the Lord. These are just a few of what she has in mind.

Again remember to check in frequently or join our mailing list and we will send you a reminder when new information has been added.

How to Spend Eternity in Heaven

What is Salvation?

Q:I hear people talk about this thing called salvation but I don’t really understand what they mean.

A:Salvation simply means to be saved from one’s sins.

After the creation of the world, Adam and Eve were given the opportunity (choice) to do what God had told them or make up their own mind about what they could or could not do. They chose to go against God, that was the beginning of sin. From then on we have all been making our own choices, and thus at some time, we have sinned. Most of us do it many times a day without even knowing.

But do you know what the greatest sin is? Most people will say murder or rape etc.. We are all wrong if we think that. The greatest sin is to deny that Christ is our Savior, that he is and was the only begotten son of God, and that through his death and rising again we can be forgiven of all our sins. The bible book called John chapter 3: verses 16-17 will tell you the exact words.

So what God has said is I gave you away so that your sin’s from the past and to the future will be forgiven, if you just accept his son and ask for forgiveness, you will have eternal life.

I ask that you first pray this prayer with me and then we can discuss more of what happens next.

Lord Jesus, I am a sinner, I ask right now that you forgive me for my sins, I accept that your son Jesus Christ of Nazareth died on the cross for my sins, then rose again that I may have eternal life. Amen

That’s it! now your name has been written down in God’s book of eternal life.

What do you do next? Get a bible, not just any bible, I recommend that you ask for a New King James Version of the Bible and read it every day, start in the book of John, then find people who you know are Christians, a church that preaches only from the Bible, not any other book. Don’t be fooled by religions that say they are Christians, but then have someone else as their “leader”. I suggest you first start with going to a church that has a cross on it or ask your friends, be sure to ask the church if they believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God and that he died on the cross so that we may have eternal life.

If you have any further questions please contact us we would be glad to help you.

May God Bless you and please let us know you have made your decision for Christ we would love to send you a small gift. Sin isn’t just when you do something really bad, such as intentionally hurt another person, commit murder, etc. it is everyday little things. Have you ever told someone you couldn’t go with them and made up a story about why, but really you just didn’t want to go? That is next.

Lord Jesus, I am a sinner, I ask right now that you forgive me for my sins, I accept that your son Jesus Christ of Nazareth died on the cross for my sins, then rose again that I may have eternal life. Amen
